Shipping policy
Orders over $99 (subtotal) will receive free shipping.
Orders under $99 (subtotal) will be subject to a flat rate of $10.
We offer shipping across the United States (50 states + Washington DC). We do not offer international shipping.
We ship from North Carolina and South Carolina using a combination of shipping vendors including USPS, UPS, and/or DHL.
Orders for in-stock items received prior to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day. Items received after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or federally recognized holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation that contains order details. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@harrisonsworkwear.com.
If you need help with your order, please get in touch with us immediately at support@harrisonsworkwear.com. Please note, we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an error in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order and ask that you resubmit your order using the correct information.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost when shipping. If your item shows incorrect tracking information or appears to have been misplaced, first contact the specified carrier of your order (United States Postal Service, UPS or DHL) using the tracking information provided to you. If you are unsuccessful in locating the item, please email support@harrisonsworkwear.com, and we will make every effort to assist you.
Inventory
If you do not see a specific size, color/pattern, style of a particular item available, that would indicate that size is sold out and unavailable. Everything on our website is also available on our store floors, which means we pull from a live inventory. Therefore, there is a chance a customer may purchase your ordered item before we can pull it. If this happens, you will be notified and given a 100% refund or offered the closest style/color available, if applicable. Pulling from a live inventory also means items you've ordered may have been tried on. All of our items are new with tags, never washed nor worn, just possibly tried on. All of our items are inspected and shipped to our standards, we pride ourselves with quality product and service, but if you find an item unsatisfactory for any reason please feel free to email us pictures at support@harrsionsworkwear.com and we can handle the situation immediately.
