On Fridays, we want to introduce you to a Harrison's Hardworking Hero. These folks come from all walks of life, and could be anyone. We might feature the people who keep you safe, the people who keep things running, the people with the coolest jobs we've heard of, or just the people who shop in our stores. We might even feature you. We're always taking nominations, and you can get in touch with us by emailing jed@harrisonsworkwear.com. We only ask that you be willing to answer a few questions, and we'll reward you with a gift card.
Our crew in Mauldin had been trying to put a new Twisted X display together for a week. Allen wrenches, no written instructions, and a busy store had prevented most every attempt.
That's when Brian Wilson stepped in to help.
Brian's a hardworking hero in everyday life, on the job in wastewater treatment with the Laurens Commission of Public Works for 10 years. He was in the store to buy some Justin safety boots last week.
As far as we know, he's only been a retail display assembly technician for a few minutes. He sure did a good job, though. And we sure appreciate it.
Brian is no stranger to our store, and said he loves everything Carhartt. That gift certificate was burning a hole in his pocket.
"I'll probably spend it before I leave here today," he said with a laugh.
He did. And we sure appreciate that, too.
